Daily Sessions are the WithU Community’s favourite workouts on our app - which is why you’ll always find them front and centre on the home screen.
As a heads up, once you complete a Daily Session, you won’t be able to complete it again. This is our way of encouraging you to try one of our many other sessions from the Workout Library.
