We know that many of the WithU Community have fitness goals, and Programmes are our way of helping you reach them.
Each programme is a series of carefully chosen workouts over a number of weeks that guide you towards improving your physical or mental health, making progress with every session. Simply complete each week of workouts in order on whichever days work for you before moving onto the next week.
Currently, we have 75+ programmes, sorted into 5 categories: Boost Mobility, Get Stronger, Improve Health, Lose Weight, and Improve Running.
