Every minute you spend inside Daily Sessions or other WithU workouts goes towards your monthly WithU Level. The more time you spend looking after your physical and mental health, the higher your WithU Level will be.
Here’s how many points you need to earn a shield at each level:
Level 1 - 0
Level 2 - 25 minutes
Level 3 - 50 minutes
Level 4 - 75 minutes
Level 5 - 100 minutes
Level 6 - 150 minutes
Level 7 - 200 minutes
Level 8 - 250 minutes
Level 9 - 350 minutes
Level 10 - 500 minutes
Each month, your level resets to 1, helping you track your progress month by month. Find your WithU Level as well as your Lifetime Minutes at any time in your profile section.
