Challenges are monthly events that encourage you to get moving and try something new! Every month, you’ll find one of each of the following challenges:
Cardio
Balance
Strength
Mindfulness
Running
Plus, you’ll also find a themed challenge which ties into a certain time of the year or a seasonal event.
Each challenge requires you to complete a specific number of workouts in that category, or run a certain distance to earn a special in-app trophy. (When you join a challenge, you’ll get workout recommendations at the bottom of your screen.)
To sign up for a challenge, tap ‘View Challenge,’ then ‘Join now.’
Don’t forget to view your trophy cabinet by visiting your profile, and tapping ‘Achievements.’
