On the home-screen, tap the icon in the top left that looks a little bit like this: ( 👤).
From there, you can see your WithU Level for the month, your Lifetime Minutes, Personal Bests, and other statistics and achievements.
In the Goals & Schedule tab, you can also schedule workouts for a certain day and time, allowing you to build a routine and hold yourself accountable.
Tap the ⚙️icon in the top right of the profile to view your subscription, edit your personal information and adjust your marketing preferences.
