How you connect your smartwatch / fitness tracker to WithU depends on its make and model.
Here’s how to connect some of the most popular types:
Apple Watch / Samsung Watch / Google Pixel Watch
1) Make sure WithU is downloaded on your watch
2) Open WithU on your watch and accept the permissions pop-up
3) Open WithU on your phone and accept the Bluetooth permissions pop-up

4) Head to your profile ( 👤) on the home screen and scroll to ‘Connections’
Alternatively, head to any workout and you’ll see ‘Connect a HR device 💜’
5) Select ‘Connect to a wearable Bluetooth device’ and follow the instructions onscreen.
Garmin Watches
1) Select Settings > Sensors > Wrist Heart Rate > Broadcast HR
2) Select an option:
-Select In-App to broadcast heart rate during timed activities (starting an
activity)
-Select "Broadcast" to start broadcasting heart rate data immediately
3) Pair your watch with your phone
Other devices
1) Connect your Bluetooth device to your phone.
Note - some devices may require a companion app to be installed (e.g. MyZone, Polar, etc.)
2) Open WithU on your phone and accept the Bluetooth permissions pop-up
