Why does it say my code isn’t valid even though I haven’t created an account yet?

If you haven’t yet created a WithU account through the app and you’re seeing an “invalid code” message, please check the length of the code you’re entering.

  • If your code is 10 digits long, this is your WithU access code — please enter it directly on the WithU redemption page.

  • If your code is 12 digits long, this is a McDonald’s code. You’ll need to redeem it first in the McDonald’s app to receive your 10-digit WithU claim code. Once you have that, you can use it to activate your subscription with WithU.

Tip: The WithU claim code will be shown in your McDonald’s app and/or emailed to you after redemption on the McDonald's app.
