Follow the steps below depending on whether you still have access to the email address you registered with:
How to reset your password (if you have email access):
Open the WithU app and tap Sign In.
Select Sign in with Email to view the login screen.
Tap the "Forgot Password?" link below the password field.
Enter the email address associated with your account from last year and tap Submit.
Check your inbox for the reset email from WithU, click the link to create a new password, and return to the app to sign in.
What to do if you no longer have access to that email address:
If you no longer have access to your old email address, password reset links cannot be delivered to you. You will need to register a brand-new account using an active email address that has never been used on WithU before.
How to claim your offer on a new account:
Open your web browser (make sure you are not in a private or incognito window) and go to app.withutraining.com/e/MonopolyCanada2026.
Enter your access code when prompted.
Create your new account using an active email address that has never been registered on WithU.
Open the WithU app, select "Already have an account? Sign In", and log in using your newly created account credentials. Your offer will activate automatically!
