First of all we ask our members to define their fitness goals from one of four options: Lose Weight, Get Stronger, Get Fitter and Improve Mobility. We then identify the most appropriate WithU Training program that has the most appropriate workouts included, with each program having been constructed, and tested, by Olympians and Exercise Science Professionals.

The training programs are further tailored to suit varying levels of experience and fitness, so that we give you a program that will meet your goal and recognises your current fitness level. These programs will evolve as you progress, meaning you are always challenged to push on and get fitter.
