Getting started couldn’t be easier. You have two key ways of finding a workout programme, either through choosing one of our predefined programmes or by simply browsing any of our workouts.
When you first sign up to WithU, you will be asked a series of questions and you can set your fitness goals.
On completing our on-boarding questionnaire, you will be recommended a programme to suit your goals and experience level. You will then be able to follow the program consisting of a collection of progressive, and complementary workouts matched to your goals.
Alternatively, you can find a workout via our browse feature where you can filter by time, equipment, difficulty and more.
