WithU is home to hundreds of workouts across many disciplines and 3 different difficulty levels, Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced, ensuring you can find the session that’s right for you.
There’s a wide range of fitness categories to choose from, such as HIIT, strength training, running, yoga, and Pilates. Some are equipment-based, but most of our workouts require minimal to no equipment.
We’ve also included everything you need to look after your mental health, with a variety of meditation and breathwork sessions.
Currently, our shortest sessions are just a few minutes long, including our always popular Daily Sessions, with our longest sessions going all the way to 45 minutes. In other words, you’ll always find something that fits your schedule.
