Your WithU Level replaces what used to be your points and status. Now, there’s 10 levels to progress through, each requiring a different number of minutes to reach. Every workout on the app counts towards your WithU Level, so the more you work out, the higher it will climb.
At the end of each month you’ll earn a badge for your highest level, to celebrate your achievements. And every month your level will reset back to level 1. The breakdown of how many minutes are needed for each level, is below:
Level 1: 0 minutes (this is your starting point)
Level 2: 25 minutes
Level 3: 50 minutes
Level 4: 75 minutes
Level 5: 100 minutes
Level 6: 150 minutes
Level 7: 200 minutes
Level 8: 250 minutes
Level 9: 350 minutes
Level 10: 500 minutes
