There are two simple ways to get a workout on your Watch:
1. You can browse the full WithU workout library on your watch and begin a workout. If you would like to download a workout, simply hit the download icon on the workout tile.
2. You can also add a workout to your watch from the mobile app to make a workout easier to find. On the workout summary page, simple click the "Add to watch" icon on the top left of your screen. This will add the workout to your watch app homepage.
