Work your way through the following steps to help you redeem your prize correctly:
Check your spam and junk folders for your welcome email

Open the link in an incognito tab if the page doesn’t load correctly.)
Double-check your McDonald’s Monopoly code
(Have you missed a character by mistake or added an extra character?)
NOTE: Each code can only be redeemed once.
Check the email account you’re using
(The email address used to redeem your McDonald’s Monopoly code must be the same as the email address you use to log into WithU.)
Check you’re not logging in with your Apple ID (iOS users)
(You must log in directly using the email address used to redeem the offer.)
Log out of WithU, close the app, then log back in
(It might sound silly, but if you already have a WithU account, sometimes this is what’s needed to refresh the app and activate your free membership.)
