I’ve not received a confirmation or welcome email (McDonald's)

I’m logging in with my Apple ID which uses the same email address registered to my McDonald’s UK app (UK customers) or the MyMacca’s app (Australia & New Zealand customers) but I can’t access all the app features.

I followed the correct steps when redeeming my McDonald’s Monopoly prize, but I’m still prompted to subscribe when logging in to the app.
